Wow. This week we were able to go to the temple. We went to the
Portland temple and it was awesome. After that we had a mission
Christmas devotional/party. We all did a singing program where
different zones sung different parts of the program. We also had
dinner and talked with other missionaries. Mission parties are like
family reunions. Everyone knows everyone, besides those few family
members that don't know anyone. That is what I felt like. Everyone in
the mission knows everyone besides the newcomers, and we know no one.
But other than that it was an awesome experience. Wednesday we had a
trainer trainee meeting. That is where all the new missionaries and
their trainers meet together. It was basically just a training
meeting. The rest of the week has been slow. Although we have had good
success compared to the elders before us. We have doubled the progress
in this area. We have been just going through the area book and
finding past investigators and such. Over all great week. It
mostly sprinkles here rain wise, but one day this week it poured all
day long. Can't think of much else to write.
